Hacktoberfest Week 3 · Slow and Steady

Three lines for standup.
Nothing else.

Paste yesterday's commits. An open-weight model reads them and writes the done, next, and blocked lines you were going to reconstruct from memory at 9:59. No account, no database, and the log is thrown away when the request ends.

0/8000

Only the text in this box is sent to the model. Self-hosting with GIT_REPO_PATH reads the log from your own repository, and AI_PROVIDER=ollama keeps the whole call on your machine.

Done

What shipped yesterday.

Next

The one thing you are picking up today.

Blocked

Anything stuck, or nothing at all.

Paste a log or load the sample. The result lands here, in three lines.

01 · Paste

One command, twenty subjects. Diffs, authors, and branch names are not sent.

02 · Read

Gemma writes JSON, and a schema check throws away anything that does not fit the shape.

03 · Forget

No database, no account, no history. The log dies with the request.

Why open weights

The model is open-weight, so the same prompt, parser, and UI can run on AI_PROVIDER=ollama without a single code change. Hosted open weights make the public demo work on a judge's laptop; local open weights make the private version genuinely private. A closed API gives you one of those, chosen by the vendor.
